Dog and cat owners can now obtain 2021 pet licenses. The fee for the license is $10.00 per neutered/spayed animals and $15.00 for un-neutered/un-spayed animals.

Registration for Union Grove Rec. Department Winter Basketball Leagues opened on November 23. Register at the Union Grove Village Offices during normal business hours, by Village Hall drop-box or by mail to: Village of Union Grove, 925 15th Ave., Union Grove, WI 53182.

On November 16, a public hearing will be held at the Village Board meeting regarding the 2021 Village Budget. The budget was prepared over the course of the past three months with input from Village staff and Committees. Drafts were reviewed by the Finance Committee on October 12 and by the full Board on October 19.

UPDATED 11/4/20 – A total of 2,714 ballots were cast in the Village of Union Grove for the General Election on November 3, 2020, representing a 91.8% turnout of registered electors. Fall leaf collection service by Union Grove Public Works is underway! Rake leaves to the edge of the road for pick-up. 

Leaf collections by Union Grove Public Works will begin on or about October 15 and continue through Thanksgiving, or whenever the first major snowfall occurs. Rake leaves to the edge of the road beginning in mid-October for pick-up.

The second and final electronics recycling event of 2020 in Union Grove will be held at the Union Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant (3710 67th Dr.) on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

A follow-up review of the concept plan for the Canopy Hill subdivision will be presented at a joint meeting of the Village Board, Plan Commission and Community Development Authority on Tuesday, September 8 at 5 p.m.

Posted 9/4/20: Union Grove Rec. Department is offering flag football leagues this fall with two divisions – 3rd-5th graders and 6th-8th graders. The season will take place in October into early November, with games on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Union Grove Recreation Survey this past July! There were a total of 229 responses from area residents, with 140 from Union Grove residents specifically.
