Posted 9/4/20: Union Grove Rec. Department is offering flag football leagues this fall with two divisions – 3rd-5th graders and 6th-8th graders. The season will take place in October into early November, with games on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Union Grove Recreation Survey this past July! There were a total of 229 responses from area residents, with 140 from Union Grove residents specifically.
Posted August 28, 2020 – A crossing guard is still needed to serve when school gets out each day from 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. This person fills an important role in helping children cross a high traffic area near the pony path on Highway 11.

As part of the Village’s 2020 capital improvement plan, road construction will start in August on Milldrum St. (from 16th to 17th Ave.), Ruth Ct. and Lark Ct.

Union Grove residents can properly dispose household hazardous waste items, electronics and appliances at the annual Clean Sweep taking place on Saturday, August 8, 2020 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Burlington Wastewater Treatment facility (2100 S. Pine St. in Burlington).
The Village of Union Grove is closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and taking steps to help protect the safety of community members and Village employees, while maintaining services to the community. Drive-up absentee voting will be available for the August 11 Partisan Primary election beginning on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 and continuing weekdays through Friday, August 7 during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
A Partisan Primary Election is coming up on Tuesday, August 11. The ballot will contain primaries for U.S. Congress, State Assembly and County offices. Remember that in a partisan primary you can only vote in one party’s primary.
